1 Monthly Group Session: Each month we’ll meet virtually for a guided session with a unique theme. I’ll take you through each concept, (similar to a workshop!) and provide the resources and tools you need to do the work, before opening up the floor for a group discussion. 

1 Monthly Virtual Campfire: There's magic in the way our hearts and minds open up when we're sharing the same blanket of stars. I've discovered a way to create that same feeling of openness and expansion in a virtual setting, and it's one of the most special pieces of the CHEER CAMP experience. You'll have to come and see for yourself!

24/7 Access to the CHEER CAMP Community: We have the best group chat in the game, and it's rich with opportunities to share wins, celebrate progress, offer support, and ask for feedback. Plus you'll have a private DM box with me for whenever you need some direct support!
