Coaching is a relatively new type of mental heath care. My job is to help you bridge the gap from how you feel about your body today to how you want to feel. Good news: you do not need to change your body to change the way you feel inside it. 

The most powerful shifts happen when we scratch beneath the surface and work with the emotions and beliefs that have developed over a lifetime. For many of my clients, bad body feelings feel as natural as breathing. This program is an invitation to create a radical shift towards self-acceptance.

These 75 minute private coaching sessions with me happen on Zoom, and the audio is recorded and delivered to your inbox following our session so you can revisit the session as needed.
